The Lash Emporium has made every effort to display our lash products as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes / lengths and accurate style and colours. However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. In most cases, the only surprise is that the lash products are more impressive in real life than the pixels of the monitor allows us to show.
Making A Purchase
The Lash Emporium accepts most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard. We operate a sophisticated on-line processing system via PAYPAL, one of the world's largest credit card processing companies.
We are serious about your security online and PAYPAL provides the most secure payment service online.
If you are shopping outside Ireland, PAYPAL or your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.

Stock Availability
Although we carry most items, overwhelming demand can deplete supplies. Where a product is known to be out of stock, the system will not allow you to purchase. However, in some instances an item may be out of stock and the system will allow a purchase. In these cases customers will be notified by email or phone call to arrange a refund for that / those products or a replacement product to be dispatched.
OVERSEAS ORDERS ARE PLACED AT THE CUSTOMERS RISK. The Lash Emporium WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT.
The Lash Emporium will not accept responsibility for order lost in transit when delivery is requested to a business address.
Delivery Schedule
Most items are held in stock and will be dispatched to you within 3 working days from receiving your order. The Lash Emporium does not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances. If you are resident in the UK or Ireland and have not received your goods within 10 days of placing an order, please contact us immediately on info@thelashemporium.com. All overseas orders, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If your order goes missing in transit, we will send you a MISSING ORDER DECLARATION FORM which you must fill in and return to us. This allows us to escalate our enquiry with the delivery service. Following the outcome of our enquiries a refund or replacement may be issued at the discretion of The Lash Emporium.
Damage in Transit
If your products are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@thelashemporium.com with full details of the damages and return the product to us at: 6 Shaw Close, Holywell Green, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX4 9DS, United Kingdom.
Returns Policy
The Lash Emporium endeavors to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy.
For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on lash products.
However, we offer a "No Quibble Guarantee". If any item is defective or not fit for purpose, simply return it to us at: 28 Eastlink Business Park, Ballysimon Road, Limerick, Ireland including your name, address, phone number and reason why the product does not meet your quality requirements. This does not affect you statutory rights.
Once we receive the goods, we will then refund your card or allow you to exchange the items for something else. Refunds after 7 days from the date of dispatch are at the discretion of The Lash Emporium.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
