QUICK START INSTRUCTIONS (FIRST TIME USERS):
YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
1. Under 'My Account', click 'Edit your account information'. Please check details & amend if incorrect. Click 'CONTINUE'.
2. Under 'My Account', click 'Change your password' , and then TYPE YOUR NEW PASSWORD and confirm by typing again in the 'Please confirm' field. This is your new password. Click 'CONTINUE'
3. Under 'My Account', click 'Modify your address book entries'. Check the address on the screen. If correct, click 'BACK'. To amend, click 'EDIT' * then click ' CONTINUE'.
TO PLACE AN ORDER:
1. To place an order, you can view products by clicking a product category under 'CATEGORIES', left of screen. ALTERNATIVELY, we recommend clicking 'QUICKSHOP' at the top of your screen. This will list ALL products available for purchase on one screen!
2. Choose you products by typing the quantity next to the product that you want and clicking 'ADD TO CART' . You'll notice that your shopping cart is on the right side of the page.
3. Choose 'VIEW CART' to see your cart and the value of your order (VAT is separated for you) or to amend your order. To view your order in POUNDS STERLING, simply select at top right of screen. However, the PAYPAL system will convert from Euro at the end of the payment process.
Please note the total shown is BEFORE ANY DISCOUNTS / COUPONS (deducted at checkout later). To AMEND your order at this stage, simply amend your quantities and click 'UPDATE'. To remove an item, either type quantity '0' or check the 'REMOVE' box next to the item that you wish to remove, and click 'UPDATE'.
4. To continue to CHECKOUT, simply click 'CHECKOUT'. Please check your delivery address and add any comments or requests in the space provided.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS (COUPON CODES):
Discounts & promotions are ONLY GRANTED IF YOU TYPE THE RELEVANT COUPON CODE. Please note that if you do not do this, NO DEDUCTION will be made. We will not be able to retrospectively credit you with any discount or promotion. Please check the discount applied before paying for you order online.
5. CLICK 'CONTINUE' to proceed to 'PAYMENT INFORMATION'. Please check your invoice address and change if necessary by clicking 'CHANGE ADDRESS'.
6. Enter your coupon / promotion code and click "APPLY COUPON" to have your discount applied to your order. The standard 10% online discount code is (capital letters only): 'ONLINE'. Please note that only one promotion / discount code may be applied to each order. THE LAST code entered will apply only.
7. Please check that the discount has been correctly applied, in your SHOPPING CART (right side of screen).
8. Please check PAYMENT METHOD that you prefer (PAYPAL is currently only method of payment this method also accepts major credit cards, even without a PAYPAL ACOUNT). If you wish to pay by LASER card, cheque or BACS / BANK TRANSFER, please contact the office as ONLINE PURCHASING is not setup currently for these payment options.
9. Check the TERMS & CONDITIONS box, review your order and click 'CONFIRM ORDER'. You will be directed to the PAYPAL WEBSITE for payment.
PAYMENT:
10. If you have a PAYPAL account, simply type in your login details. Otherwise, you may use your CREDIT CARD to pay. Follow the on-screen instructions.
11. Review your order and confirm payment. You should be re-directed to the 'Online Store' after payment has been made.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE?:
12. Immediately that payment is made, we are notified and sent details of your order. We will review your order, check stock levels and have your order PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY. This means that we will place your order as the next order to complete and the order will progress accordingly. Where possible, we will endeavor to have the order picked and dispatched to you within 1-2 working days.
13. A VAT invoice is generated after you checkout. We will also attach a VAT Invoice copy to your order. Please check inside the clear envelope on your box(es).
